I feel a little better this morning than yesterday. I’m starting to get some of the expect chemo side effects. I’m experiencing a bit of numbness in my extremities. Not a lot, but some. My tongue feels numb this morning so I expect breakfast to be rather tasteless. However, when I woke up I felt hungry.
My scalp feels somewhat numb too. I guess there should be no surprise there.
I feel like I’ve aged about 30 years in the last 24 hours.
I’m going to the barber this morning for what will likely be my last visit to him for some time. In another week or two, I expect to start losing my hair. I’m going to have him cut it very short. That should reduce the amount of shedding I do.
The Vorlon Wife is still suffering with her shingles. She’s usually feeling pretty well until the medication wears off, then she starts to hurt again.

She invited over her closest girl friends and took photos as she completely shaved her head. Some of the doctors and nurses recommended she do it as a positive approach to the situation.
The tiredness is probably going to hang around for quite a while. I know that is going to be very difficult for you as you like to be so active.
View it as a way of doing some things of doing some things you haven't done in a while. Put together a jigsaw puzzle, do a crossword puzzle, read something different than you'd normally read, etc.
