For a while this afternoon, I felt pretty good. However, tonight I started to fade fast. The fever is back and I can really feel it – slight chills with muscle aches.
So far, my back has not been complaining too much. In addition, my left rib cage feels somewhat better, although I still cannot sleep on my left side.
