I felt pretty well today until tonight. I really thought I had put the fever behind me. But I checked at 7:00 tonight and it was 99.6. The good news is that each day it seems to come later. Maybe tomorrow, it’ll not show up at all.
It’s another ibuprofen night.
Posted by The Vorlon at November 5, 2005 8:15 PMIbuprofen is wonderful. I've been using it for the last two weeks, trying to recover from my ingrown toenail that I had taken care of.
Infection had set in and I'm on something for that also. The key is to stay ahead of the pain.
Posted by: reborrell at November 5, 2005 8:33 PMBy the sounds of it I guess most everyone has tasted Ibepropin The Dr put Ted on 2400 Mg's a day. It helped with the arthritis in his back but not completely. Phylis was on 2400 Mg's when she broke a rib this fall It really helped her a lot.
But has now since healed and no longer needs it.
I don't know of any side effects?
If there were we would have known by now.
Reb,
Infected ingrown toenail is NOT good. I hope they gave you some good antibiotics.
A note for Reb,
An easy way to get rid of toe nail infections & foot fungus is to soak your feet in a pint or quart of peroxide for aproximately 10 minutes or so. I usually warm the peroxide up in the micro for 1.5 minutes. I have used this for years & it really works. Good Luck.
