The time at the client site went pretty well today. As the afternoon wore on I started to fade. I felt like I just wanted to lie down and go to sleep. I finally said to myself, “Enough is enough.â€
I poured myself half a cup of coffee and. Within 20 minutes I felt immensely better. For me, its not just the caffeine. Something about coffee, with the caffeine, makes a bigger impact on me.
The trip home was uneventful – from a driving standpoint. My complaint is, the lumbar support presses against that spot on my lower left back. After two hours in the cockpit, it was really starting to get to me. Right now it's just aggravating me. I’m hoping it doesn’t bother when I go to bed tonight.
Tomorrow is another big day. I go to the oncologist to have them drip various toxins through my veins. It’ll be interesting to see if my reaction is any different than three weeks ago.
Posted by The Vorlon at November 8, 2005 8:38 PMTomorrow is second treatment to strike another blow at knocking the cells from your body.
Our prayers will be with YOU TOMORROW as you take your chemo treatment. Each suceeding treatment will strike a hard blow to the day when the cells will become non existent.
That's our Prayer. May god be with you each and every day.
Thank you.
