The body pain is pretty much gone. All that’s left now is the weakness and tiredness. I went with a one-mile walk with the Vorlon wife this afternoon. Perhaps a better description would be a one-mile hobble. It was VERY slow, but I did a full mile. Now comes the test of how much exercise is too much. Too much really tires me out and I’m uncertain if it is better to rest during this period or still to hammer, or rather tap, as hard as I can.
At least I am sleeping well and that’s a benefit.
Good night.

Posted by: chris Muir at April 3, 2006 10:45 AMHi Ted and Karol,
I think it's so great that your wife walks with you and has been so supportive in every way imaginable. My husband is like that and I can tell you it is the most wonderful support you can have. Bless them.
Maybe rest might be a little better for awhile. Your body needs to regroup after having both treatments. Or maybe try walking for 5 minutes or as long as you don't feel too exhausted. Walking beyond your endurance right now is probably not what your body needs.
Your strength will slowly return once again I'm sure of it. Rest just as much as you need to right now. The rest will come in time.
Please hear our prayer Oh Lord. We send our best to both of you during this testing of your strength. Sincerely, Dave & Ruth Berlien
