I was pretty tired today. After lunch, I gave in. I laid down on the chase lounge in my office with my blankey and took a nap.
I woke up after about an hour and felt quite a bit better.
My weight is good, so is my appetite and my taste buds. My sleeping patterns are still a little whacked. I zonk out almost as fast as my head hit the pillow. But then I wake up about 1:00 or 2:00 am and have trouble getting back to sleep.
I’m off to bed to try it again.

There are so many times when we can share goodness with others. I hope we all take advantage of the moments when we can brighten another person's day, by commenting on the great job they just did in helping us, or even observing them assisting another. Tell a child how great they are for holding the door for an elder or handicapped person, tell someone how very nice they look that day - it all pleases God and also pleases us and the person who performed the kindness. Being an Ambassador for Christ is a joyful gift to share with many. Try it - you'll like it.
Thanks Ted for sharing such meaningful articles with all of us. It rejuvenates our spirits and reminds us to please God anytime we can. You're a good man Charlie Brown (a.k.a. Ted Armstrong).
You're accomplishing so much lately, with a little nappy once in awhile with your blankey. That's what we're supposed to do. All we really need to know today is what we learned in kindergarten (and if you'll recall, that included a nap with our blankey). Have a great day. Ruth
