January 20 Final Update Update

I didn't d0 much do today. I DID repeat my exercises and find them a bit challenigng, I think the previous day's workout tired me out. I may slip back to do my exercise every other day.

Hello Ted,
Every other day is good, acceptable. It may provide some recovery. In fact, maybe do an abbreviated time every 4th time exercising. Ex: instead of 30 minutes on that special day do 20 minutes.
