Today, we went out at 6:30 for our morning walk. I had my breakfast and took Danny for his 2nd walk of the morning. When we got back I left him outside on the 30ft lead. It was a nice day and he loves being outside. I just have to listen for when he barks to make sure a big dog doesn’t attack him. It was almost time for the investigator to come so I figured Danny could stay outside rather than muzzle him or shut him in the bathroom. I couldn’t have him biting the investigator.
The man was very nice and he doesn’t see any problem with settling my claim except for the reports from the doctors and hospitals. That is what can take so long. The doctors and hospitals are in no hurry to send the reports.
After the man left, I took Danny for his noon time walk and had some lunch. I had a Doctor’s appointment at 2:00. I needed my pain prescription filled and had to see the doctor because it’s been a year since I’ve been there.
I didn’t get home until after 3:00. Danny greeted me wagging his tail. He wanted out again. When I got back, I was feeling kind of tired. I had a big glass of iced tea and watched Star Trek. After dinner, I went on the computer and filed my personal taxes. I’m glad that’s over with. I will be getting some money back from the federal and the state.
Tomorrow, I’ll be working on the company taxes. I have some loose ends to clean up with that. It will be a relief to get that done. I have a big list of things to do.
Danny’s ears seem to be getting better. He doesn’t fight me as much when I put in his drops and clean them with the swab. Of course, he likes the steak treats I give him. I hope he is in for the night. He went out at 8:00pm and did his business. Sometimes he waits until I get ready for bed and he decides he wants to go out.

It is always a relief when the taxes are done and sent in. Especially when one gets a refund.
Glad to hear that Danny's ears are improving. He has certainly had a rough time getting them healed up. Need to call the Vet tomorrow for an
appointment for Cubby as he needs his yearly shots and more medicine for his artheritis. Dogs get old same as we with all the aches and pains.
Glad to hear all went well wil the insurance man.
You will have to get after the hospital to send in the reports they need.
