Today, the big boss came in the office and later in the day, Ginny told me that their profits were down $200,000 and they had to let their temps go. I wondered how long they could pay me to do crossword puzzles and play solitaire. When I got home, I called Ted's client who needed help. I had talked to Sonia and she had other things planned so I told Gary I was available to help him with his Great Plains. I will be seeing him tomorrow. Ginny is giving me to the end of the week but under the circumstances, I think I can leave early.
I need to walk Danny now and get ready to turn in.

I love your pictures Karol. I hope today is a better day for you. I know how hard some days are going to be. It's not easy. Sorry about your job. It's tough out there. I have been job hunting since March..sending out lots of letters and resumes. I think..even though I have great experience behind me.. no one wants to hire an older person. It's silly..I have no one to take care of but myself and I am loyal and dependable. It doesn't seem to matter.I'm glad you have connections to move on. You are a brave and stong person... I hope you don't mind me offering this.. but when things get so lonely for you.. whisper to Ted and tell him how much you love him, and visualize some happy times... you will feel a closeness and help the hurt in your heart.
