Your tree pictures are beautiful Karol. It is good that you had taken them throughout the years to look back on. Memories are so wonderful to
remember the good times. You did a great job of
decorating.

The Singing Ambasadors sounded great! Good that you were able to go and hear them. Music helps lift the soul.

Thank you for sharing the pictures of Christmas Past. The tree is beautiful and I just love the skating scene and the train on the outside. Those decorations are how we used to decorate for Christmas when I was young. I hate to admit that we no longer decorate on a large scale as we did when the kids were younger. We alwasys have our Christmas with our children at one of their homes and so we get to enjoy their decorations. In fact, they have all of our decorations that we shared with them when we moved from our country home in 1993. Because of my medical problems, I am no longer able to prepare the big feast that I used to so enjoy doing for our family. But, we feel so blessed because our sons married lovely lovely women that are so willing to carry on the tradition. And, actually, Christmas (in its purest form) is remembering the day baby Jesus was born, and celebrating Him as our King. And, we can actually do that in our minds and when we attend our churches and have the beautiful story retold. Having said that, we both so enjoy our children and grandchildren at Christmastime. We have been beautifully blessed with such a fine family and I thank our Heavenly Father for that on a daily basis. I am thankful to be reminded lately to say "Merry Christmas", as opposed to "Happy Holiday".

Thank you so much for sharing the photos of your gorgeous tree and the skating rink and train set. I LOVE it. You surely do so much Karol I have no idea how you keep up with everything that you do. I do know that I admire you very much.

I'll wish you an early Christmas greeting, but, I shall also wish you again and again. Love, Ruth
