I didn’t do much today. It rained and was cold and miserable. Alex was raking his grass in the rain. I packed up some things and sorted others. I shredded 1998 documents. It took hours. I guess I was feeling kind of down because the value of the house sank so low.

I’ll be packing up some more stuff tomorrow.

Hi Karol,

I'm sad to hear the price of your home was much less than you expected, but, sadly, it is a buyer's market now. Our son and family have their home on the market also and, they have had to adjust to the fact that it is going to sell for far less than they would like. As my son said, "it is only worth what someone will pay for it at this time". Definitely not a good time to be selling a home. On the other hand, it's a great time to be buying a home where you will undoubtedly get more house for your money. I'm sorry that you're having to deal with this.

We're having beautiful sunny days and we're all wishing this could be just like our entire winter. Just dreaming, but, it sure is a nice dream!!

Have a good day Karol. Love, Ruth
