It's warmer this morning; 19 degrees. It should go up into the 30's today. It will be back to normal for this area. I am amazed the stream hasn't frozen over. It has along the edges but it doesn't look very hard. I managed to get a child's ball that was along the bank. It is usually too muddy. There are some more items on the other side of the stream but I need to get some mud boots to get over there. I had hoped it would freeze solid but it didn't. I can't go in the summer to get the junk out because of the over grown weeds, ticks and snakes. I did see a snake skin out there. I almost jumped out of my skin until I realize it was just a shed skin and not a living snake.
