I had a busy day yesterday. I got ready to go to Don's at 9am. I waited until after rush hour on the interstate. I got there at 10am, got my books and paper work for my car and headed for the Honda dealer in Newark, DE. When I got to the PA - DE line, it started snowing. As I passed Wilmington, DE, it looked like a blizzard. It was only a snow shower but it was swirling around the road. It stopped when I got on the other side of Wilmington. When I got to the dealer, the salesman said he had just called me and was wondering about my paperwork. I handed it to him and another man asked where the other form was. Oh no, I had taken it off because the man at the inspection station said it was my copy. I guess I misunderstood. The man at the dealer said he could call and have them fax it over.
I took Sparky out for his walk when I got home around noon. I made some lunch of chicken waldorf salad and then went to the church office to pay the bills. At least that went with out any problems. When I got home, I read some of my book that I left at Don's. Now I am reading two books. I like them both. I was reading the book by Terri Blackstock and left it at Don's so then I started the book by David Healey, the Librarian in Chesapeake City. Both books are an easy read and so interesting it's hard to put them down. I fall asleep reading.
I went to choir practice this evening. Since the band is practicing on Tuesday, I suggested choir start at 7 instead of 7:30. Everyone agreed. It gets us home earlier.
